Executive Director

937-382-2737Dessie Rogers is the Executive Director of the Wilmington-Clinton County Chamber of Commerce. Rogers served the Chamber as the Membership Director between 2013 and 2015, and stepped into the Executive role in 2016. She has been involved with the Chamber's Local First Clinton County campaign since its inception in 2009, and remains an active Board member of its founding organization, Energize Clinton County. She also sits on the Board of the Clinton Memorial Hospital and several local business advisory councils. Rogers is a Clinton County native and graduate from Wilmington High School. She holds a Master of Arts in Social Anthropology from the University of Wales, Lampeter, and a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from Washington University in St. Louis. She currently resides in Wilmington with her husband and two daughters.

Kaitlin Armstrong is a native of the area, growing up in New Vienna, but spending most of her time in Wilmington. She recently graduated from Wilmington College with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts with a concentration in Digital Media Production, a Minor in Art, and participated in the Honors Program. She has been involved in several places throughout the community, and in recent years, local businesses and growth have become a central part of her interest in communication and digital media. She serves as the Chamber’s Assistant Director and is excited for the opportunity to help businesses flourish while enlivening the community.
